 2007 – Present   ICS Support, Inc. – Redmond, WA

     Sage Software Team Leader        

·         Currently supervising a team of three; two ERP consultants and one programmer.

·         Project manager for ERP & CRM Implementations.

·         Mine existing client base for consulting opportunities to achieve maximum utilization for the team.

·         Work with programmer and prospect to develop project design specifications for software customizations.

·         Work with clients to develop meaningful management & financial reports using Crystal Reports, MS Access, and Microsoft FRx.

·         Responsible for identifying and capturing additional product sales within the existing client base.

·         Implemented AvaTax and Sage’s integrated sales tax automation program to comply with Washington State’s new destination based tax law.

·         Implemented Sage software’s MAS90 & MAS200 system and for wholesale distributors, light manufacturers, not-for-profits, and governmental entities. 

·         Completed twelve MAS90/200  with JobOps Implementations for make-to-order, make-to-stock, and Job Shop organizations.

·         Helped clients identify key performance metrics for their business and developed reports and alerts to monitor those metrics.

·         Evaluated client’s business processes and identified areas for improvement during system implementation.

·         Conducted onsite training classes as well as developed web based training materials for clients.

     Paymaster of purses/ Horseman’s bookkeeper

·         Was responsible for payments to Jockey’s, Jockey’s agents, and Horse owners.

·         Was responsible for managing 2-million dollar purse account.

·         Assisted Race Office in taking race entries from owners and agents.

 

1990 – 1993 Playfair Race Course - Spokane, WA

     Admissions Manager

·         Was responsible for managing 15 part-time employees during race season and 3 part time employees during the simulcast racing season.

·         Was responsible for estimating attendance numbers and ordering racing programs and racing forms to meet demand.

·         Worked with management to develop a strategic marketing plan to raise attendance.

 

1986 – 1990 US Army – 101st Airborne Division, Ft. Campbell, KY and 2nd Infantry Division, Korea.

·         Graduated from the Non Commissioned Officers Academy- Ft. Campbell, KY. 1989:  Recognized for graduating in the top twenty percent of my class.

·         Graduated Airborne School– Ft. Benning, GA. 1986     Graduated Air Assault School – Ft. Campbell, KY. 1988

·         Awarded the Army Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and Good Conduct Medal, during my four years of service.

·         Reactivated in 1991 for Operation Desert Storm and deployed to Germany for 45 days in support of war effort.
